Pregnancy and birthing a child put strains  on a woman’s body. With a good program of pre and post natal care every woman can help their bodies be healed and balanced.

The Mum’s and Bubs classes are designed to create stability and strength in the torso and help mothers and babies bond. We explore baby massage, core stabilizing exercises and breathing for calmness. It is inspiring to watch maternal strength and confidence grow and babies copying their mothers doing exercises. Women support each other, the love and gentle good will in the room is palpable.


Our instructor, Maggi Nimmo has worked in the area of women’s health for over 30 years with particular regard to reproductive issues.
